Alexander Nikolayevich Scriabin (1872 - 1915) influenced the great minds of Prokofiev and Stravinsky with his mysticism and increasingly atonal music that presaged twelve-tone and other serial works. Willard Elliot has arranged Scriabin's Seven Preludes, originally for piano solo, for clarinet and piano. The preludes included are Opus 11, No. 23, Opus 15, No. 2, and Opus 16, Nos. 1-5.
