This is an easy melodic solo. It is in ABA form (C Major, A minor). Most of the melody is single note, but there are several places that hands easily play together. When played with the optional teacher accompaniment, “Fly Away” becomes a beautiful performance selection.

*To improve reading skills.
Suggestions for Instruction: Create a mental picture of a beautiful, graceful bird flying in the sky.
Work on phrase reading.
Add little crescendos and decrescendos.
